Our Approach

A person-centered approach to therapy.

What does a person-centered approach mean?

This means our time together is mostly going to be led by you. We tend to start each
session by asking you questions along the lines of:

     ● “What is going on for you?”
     ● “What do you want to talk about?”
     ● “What do you want to work on today?”

You will be approached with empathy and kindness, leaving space for you to experience grace.
